Petits Pas's founder and artistic director, Virginie Personne, is a french mom entrepreneur. She started with an engineering degree and went on studying medicine. Beforehand and also during this time, she managed to graduate from French Ballet Conservatory and then started a professional career as a dancer. Her passion with dancing and performing extended beyond the classical and into modern and contemporary dancing. She explored her craft even further by joining national and international dance companies (France and Germany). During her medical career, Virginie worked in research, she also taught at university, and practiced as a pediatrician, especially focusing on the mother/child relationship. When she finally landed in San Francisco 4 years ago, Virginie got her yoga teacher certification to complete her resume, adding a new expertise to her profile and being able to achieve her project : "Petits Pas was born ».
With her School, Virginie shares her experience and dedication to dance by teaching, choreographing & performing and wants to bring her students to express their artistic nature and explore their creative side.

Sézane gifts and experience
All La Soiree attendees will go home with a beautiful Sézane tote bag, a special gift card and a private shopping experience at their New York store.
The story of Sézane begins with a forgotten suitcase, and a love for vintage clothing. Giving a second life to pieces, slightly adjusting them, Morgane began selling her vintage finds online and formed "Les Composantes". By 2013 Morgane Sézalory had found her calling. Sézane was born from a desire to offer women the finest quality pieces designed to last, with a Parisian touch. Je ne sais quoi for all.
Sézane is deeply committed to creation that respects their ateliers, teams, suppliers and the planet. They believe in responsible stock volumes and scrupulously considered pricing. More that 2/3 of their models are produced in Europe and the rest are made in ateliers around the world. They stand for Savoir Faire, and are genuinely becoming the future vintage.
In 2017, Morgane founded DEMAIN, and continues to support concrete actions in favour of access to education, culture and equal opportunities for children around the world.
