Jean-Noel Fourmeaux is a 35 years veteran of the wine industry in Napa Valley, yet, his winery, VGS Chateau Potelle, is known only by those who search for wines that have dimension, subtlety and definitive character. Their assertiveness is all in the nuances and their successive layers, not in the overripeness of fruit. “To make “main stream” wines has never been my calling” proclaims Fourmeaux. Jean-Noel loves his home country of France, however there were too many traditions and strict rules. He was inspired by the freedom allowed to California winemakers that allowed for great creativity and expression. |
At just 35 years old Pauline Lhote is currently heading into her 13th harvest at Chandon. Since she was promoted to winemaker two years ago, Pauline has been working to create a new wine style, playing up the California brightness and increasing the vibrancy and intensity of Chandon’s flavors and aromas. She also works closely with the other Chandon wineries throughout the world, especially Chandon Australia and Chandon Argentina, collaborating, sharing and learning from their challenges and successes. |

As the inaugural Wine Director at highly anticipated One65, Morrow will be working closely with Executive Chef and Partner Claude Le Tohic to present four distinct, modern French dining experiences under one roof. Jennifer Reichardt owner at Raft Wines was born and raised in Sonoma County, California and from day one, has lived a life centered in food production. As a fifth generation duck farmer, she watched as her father worked tirelessly to raise the best duck he possibly could, to deliver to chefs across the Bay Area. This passion for good, quality food, transferred to the way Jennifer approached a career in winemaking. In 2016, she embarked on creating her own wine brand, Raft Wines . A raft, by definition, is a community of waterfowl, like ducks, and the philosophy behind the brand is to craft a wine that is shared with a community - whether it be around a dinner table, or at a picnic with friends. Raft Wines focuses on hand-crafted, small lot wines from vineyards farmed sustainably and organically. She currently splits her time between the family business, Sonoma County Poultry, Liberty Ducks, and Raft Wines.

In 2005 Alexandre Remy fell in love with the wine industry while completing his Master's degree in Food Science. He was studying the impact of synthetic corks on wine aromatics when he knew he wanted to be a winemaker. His newfound passion led him to travel to, and work in various wine regions all over the world in 2015, Alex took over Atlas wine Co. as general manager and winemaker and restructured their strategy based on the experience that lives in his DNA - he wanted to provide the American consumer the same benefits that the French take for granted, great wines at great values.

Founded in 1982, Roederer Estate is nestled in Mendocino County’s cool, fog-shrouded Anderson Valley. As the northern California outpost of Champagne Louis Roederer, it builds upon a centuries-old tradition of advanced viticulture and fine winemaking. With 600 acres of proprietary vineyards, it is among the very few American sparkling wine houses that only sources estate-grown fruit. Special oak-aged reserve wines are added to each blend in both the multi-vintage and vintage cuvées, which are 100% estate-bottled.

Domaine Anderson is tucked in the hillsides of Northern California's Anderson Valley. Chateau Potelle was born when we moved from France in 1980, to be part of the California winemaking adventure. We wanted to be creative in making wine rather than being constrained by the years of traditions that existed in France.

Created by Jean-Charles Boisset, the innovative JCB Collection brings together two worlds of winemaking—Old and New. With the collection, Jean-Charles celebrates his French heritage while embracing his passion for California. Each wine in the collection is a limited edition, and is “named” with a number. These numbers signify a wine style that Jean-Charles strives to achieve vintage to vintage, while also symbolizing important ideas, passions and moments in his life and wine career.
