2016 VIP DINNER
CHEFS
Roland Passot, chef owner of La Folie and Left Bank Brasserie, began his culinary career at the tender age of fifteen in France's gastronomic capital of Lyon. He has been traditionally trained by some of the most famous chefs in France. He has then developed a very personal style of cooking, which he showcases at La Folie, a restaurant he opened with his wife Jamie in March of 1988. In April 2009 La Folie celebrated 21 years with the opening of La Folie Lounge, located next door to the restaurant.

La Boulangerie de San Francisco has been operating in the Bay Area since 1995, founded by French baker Pascal Rigo as La Boulange. We strive to bring a little taste of France to every customer everyday. Using only the freshest all-natural ingredients, everything we serve is made daily from scratch, from the breads and the pastries to the sauces and the salad dressings. A neighborhood staple that is warm and inviting and committed to being an important part of our communities by being socially and environmentally responsible neighbors.

Nick is the owner of Bisou, french restaurant, serving French cuisine with a Californian accent. Bisou is part of a movement called Bistronomy, where the focus is on using organic locally grown products served with style, in a casual and familial environment. We want the guests to forget about their Monday to Friday life, to stop thinking for a couple of hours and let us do the rest.
In 2014 Bisou has evolved and started to grow its own produces at Napa Kitchen Garden situated in Pope Valley, Napa giving another all dimension to the guest experience and quality of food. |

Petits Pains is a bakery where modern, ancestral and artisanal techniques embrace each other to produce the highest quality, most delicious breads and breakfast pastries.
We use Liquid Levain, a natural fermentation process taking 12-16 hours for breads and pastries to rise. This is in contrast to yeast, an alcoholic fermentation process that speeds the rise and limits the flavor… This is what gives our products their earthy flavor and wonderful crunchy texture. We live and work by the motto “Rise to the Occasion”, which means we always strive to produce and deliver the most superior breads and breakfast pastries while maintaining and honoring our ancient tradition and savoir-faire. |
BEVERAGES
In partnership with the largest family-owned proprietors of vineyards in Champagne, Buena Vista is proud to present our La Victoire Brut Champagne.
Made up of 70% Pinot Noir, from Premier Cru vineyards from the Montagne de Reims, and 30% Chardonnay, mostly from Grand Cru Mesnil sur Oger and Chouilly, the wine was aged more than 3 years. This champagne opens with elegant and complex aromas of grapefruit followed by rich honey and brioche notes. |
