Our journey began in 2012 in the heart of New York City as four friends with a macaron pop-up shop at the Winter Village in Bryant Park. In the nine weeks of that holiday season, we couldn’t keep up with the lines out the door. And before we knew it…Woops! We had a business!
Woops! has since opened kiosks and bakeshops all throughout the United States. Our collection of sweets now includes over 20 macaron flavors and over 20 artisanal pastries, and our bakeshops also sell sandwiches, coffee, and tea. Our macarons are the most authentic outside of Paris and are handmade to perfection.
We make all of our macarons and the majority of our pastries in our bakery, which is proudly located in the Bronx, and import only the best from countries around the world, including Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. New York City is and will always be home to us, and the city’s diversity and many cultures continue to inspire us.
Nothing is more heartwarming to us than creating experiences in which people can connect, relax, and enjoy the sweeter side of life.

Our ingredients are cut fresh on the same day to craft the best possible gourmet sandwiches, salads, and hors d’oeuvres. We encourage cheese sampling so our clients can find their perfect cheeses and we serve them by the cut to offer the best possible quality.
We use the same natural and delicious ingredients we grew up with in France. We source some of the finest and most unique cheeses from Europe or U.S., and a variety of European traditional cured meats such as smoked duck breast, Serrano ham, Chorizo and many more. We also offer the best locally handmade wood-fired bread in the bay area.
