CHOUX Bakery is an authentic, one of a kind French pastry shop that specializes exclusively in French cream puffs, which are created fresh daily in our bakery by owner Laura Athuil and her team of experienced bakers.We offer exquisite French cream puffs and chouquettes, as well as espresso, coffee, French hot chocolate, and tea. We create a variety of cream puff flavors that are both traditional and exotic while using authentic ingredients imported from Europe. CHOUX French cream puffs are made with elegant, high-quality ingredients, some of which are also used by the most renown chefs in France.

Nippon Shokken U.S.A. Inc. was incorporated in 2006 in California as a subsidiary of Nihon Shokken Holdings Co., Ltd. We have built the new manufacturing facility in the city of West Sacramento 2013. This 70,000 square foot head office and plant will make it possible for us to supply our high quality products to our customers directly and in a timely manner, and to further develop various types of blended sauces and seasonings here in the U.S.

Chef Chacon’s * VINEYARD TABLE Restaurant will feature an outstanding Progressive American California Cuisine in an upscale and cozy atmosphere. The menu is inspired from all of Chef Chacon’s cuisine's specialties and signatures he has created that will appeal to a wide and varied clientele. We will offer a three course ‘business lunch' prix fixe and a three- four course dinner prix fixe in addition to the regular menu by Reservation only for all occasions.
